We are a team of successful entrepreneur-investors who use our expertise in “go to market” strategy and execution, intellectual property knowledge, capital structure, and exit strategies to build and realize value for our portfolio of companies.
Partners + Capital
Similar to an angel or venture capital investor, we make an investment in the selected portfolio company. However, an Arch Partners investment is comprised of a significant amount of direct involvement by the partners. Whereas a typical angel or venture capital investor will invest only capital and board-level advice, we get involved in both the strategy and execution. We help to formulate and execute the plan for the business and maintain significant involvement with much of the execution: three parts partner involvement to one part capital contribution.

The end result: all parties contribute their domain expertise to the joint objective — success for the portfolio company.
Not Your Typical Experience
Access to Capital
We maintain strong relationships across multiple angel investment groups and venture capital firms. We understand the strengths and benefits of getting funding from these groups along with potential risks. While we do make angel investments, we look for companies who need help at the earliest stages before they meet the requirements needed by most organized early stage investors.
Not a Consulting Engagement
Consultants can provide high-level strategic advice and often identify many weaknesses, but generally consultants do not get involved in the actual execution. Most consultants prefer to have limited engagements, whereby they are paid for specific assignments.
Capital Efficient Results
Many early stage companies do not have access to the capital and experienced professionals to assist in the process of proving the efficacy of the technology, evaluating the market opportunity, formulating a business strategy, and executing on the commercialization of the product. We do not require any up-front payments and we align our interests with that of the entrepreneur through a meaningful equity position in a portfolio company. Once involved, we bring the resources of the partners to aid in the success of the portfolio company.
